i think it's important for yout have strong relationships with your co workers, and that comes with being proximate to them. If i've been working with a company remotely for six months and i haven't seen any of my co workers, i actualy feel more distance from the work in my company. That is part of this human need to connect personally. So i think ou're gong to see new types of benefits.
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
