If you have one ear, you're only going to hear half of what you normally hear. I'm just saying that the fact that if our eyes were pointing in opposite directions, like in certain animals, sight would be a very different type of phenomenon. Whereas our ears aren't pointed forward like certain like predators, but they're pointed out to get more of a an ambiance,. It's less directional.
