The Importance of Communication With Clients
Shelley: I put myself right back in the same damn box when I started becoming more of a full time coach of sending client notes after the client session. She says she would take her notes by hand and then type an email to my clients, which became just as painful. Shelley: By communicating with my clients on a conversational platform, I'm able to let go of some of the expectations of something like email where you're supposed to have a greeting and an intro and a closing.
