Will Ripple Win?

Ripple and the SEC are battling it out in court over whether or not XRP is a security. A US district judge allowed Ripple to use comments made by former senior SEC employee William Hinman as part of their case. He allegedly described Ether as not a security as like Bitcoin is sufficiently decentralized. If they do win, then XRP can likely return to an all time high and continue to break out. We're hoping to get a definitive answer before the end of this year. And almost certainly in the next 12 months, could you imagine this going on for another 12 months? I think this is completely nonsense.
