The Point of Air Raids in Russia

The point of air raids from the Russian perspective, sorry, I mean the sirens. The odds are always in your favor because it's just a really big city. And then sometimes there's also what I started calling rumor Twitter. There's stories of people being in apartment buildings hit with direct hits, surviving direct hits because they were in the bathtub. Same as a tornado or something there.
