Is There a Chance That Putin Could Use Tactical Nuclear Weapons?
Putin's conventional options are pretty limited. He's already committed about 60 to 70% of his entire conventional army to Ukraine. It's difficult to see how, you know, even a complete full mobilisation would change that pattern for him. I'd rather suspect that Putin will still just try and tough it out to see whether his mobilization is able to blunt the Ukrainian advance.
