There does and lick, i should just drop a caviot now and say that there's a risk in all these kinds of conversations to conflate, you know, political twitter with the real world. And it is, yes, decidedly not that, but i don't know how to navigate that. But there does seem to be a a class of people for whom the greatest imaginable joy is to discover some one else's mistake or folly and then publicly bludgeon them over and over again. Human beings are probably wired for vengeance. The ability to mete it out without real effort or real risk has just been a social catastrophe, in my opinion.
