The COVID Inquiry: Is the Scope Too Broad?

The COVID inquiry officially began this week with the opening statement from Judge Hallet, who is leading the judge that inquiry. We're still in a legal battle between the government and his own inquiry, which is an interesting way to kick things off. And I think just points to the level of discomfering government about the inquiry. The question is, are we going to learn anything new? Is inquiry learning lessons in terms of decision-making?
