CHAPTER

The Fundamental Attribution Error in Scrum Teams

When you are blaming others, you find fault with them personally. This kind of comes back to the idea that we judge others by their actions, but ourselves by our intentions. It's hard for teams to come at things and know who's at fault or who's in charge. You don't want to assign fault, because instead of looking for blame and fault, scrom rewards positive behaviour by focusing people on working together and getting things done.
