Don't make any big decisions in regards to that person's membership until you speak to at least one other person. I've been a part of a team where there was major conflict happening inside of the community and the business owner themselves was being attacked. And they could see that after they talked to team members, but they couldn't see that when they were just operating in a vacuum or in a silo.
