Are Men More Reluctant to Seek Treatment for Eating Disorders?

There's a great amount of stigma for men with eating disorders because it's such a feminized disease to seek treatment. I think part of the reason why these new phenomena are arising is that ore current diagn ti criteria do not really reflect the diversity of body image and eating problems that to day's population faces. And certainly we have a lot of young people who suffer from orthoroxi, which is basically a focus on healthy eating that becomes unhealthy. With patience, i think that orthoraxia, musceldis morphia, some of these other diagnoses that are perhaps less acknowledged formally, you know, in the medical or psychological literature.
