i think much of what we probably know here is not real, and it's because, again, most of the time of your increasing unsaturated fats. And i sort of have a very hard time believing that, unless you're chugging bottles of vegetable oil or canola oil, that this is really a meaningful conversation. It's really very similar to the conversations at we have about eggs. We're talking about miniscule effect sizes in either direction, and have to eat a lot of eggs for this to be meaningful.
