The mission bacilica san diego was founded back in 17 69. It's been rebuilt and renovated over the last 250 years, but it still retains a very rustic feel. For example, the floor of the church is composed of large, hand made mud bricks that were left to bake in the sun. But that also reportedly has a robotic version of its namesake in the smithsonian institution.
