I think one of the things I realized is like people around the world were just so happy every single day. And then I compared them to my friends in New York who are like sad and like, you know, like feel strung out. So that's stuck with me. For me it was very simple. Like spending time outside every single day, like getting sunlight every single day is super important to like moving my body. "I'm a crazy person. I walk 20,000 steps a day and have ever started traveling," he says.
