How to Overcome Video Game Addiction

I notice that such a profound difference happens in your reading habit when you start to treat books as fundamentally connected to each other. For example, one of the times that I felt really affected me with this process was by reading a book called Theory of Fun for Game Design by Raph Costa. And through that connection process, I came out with like all these new ideas, which actually helped me overcome my video game addiction. So we are involved within the process of research. The research is a lot of, it's a part of the process. But the research's a very important aspect of research itself.
