The Legacy of Paying Nurses
I feel like I'm a hands on learner. But at the same time, I genuinely believe you should be remunerated for that. There definitely is that sort of attitude of like you're at the bottom of the food chain, like you've got to do the dirty work. When you're with an amazing nurse who genuinely wants you to learn and is putting the time and effort into you, then you're like, well, I'll do whatever I can to help out you. So yeah, it's flawed. I don't know exactly how to fix it. But the system is flawed.
