i think it's important for us to remind ourselves of that, especially i think we have rightly a very high view of scripture. Understanding the text should lead us to worshipping the lord your god with all your heart, soul, mind and strength. And loving your neighbour as yourself - which happens to be one of the things he commanded precise tat tan's wos goes back to the command. Following jesus is not just a come to faith or, you know, be rescued from your sins. It is a commissioning in that way where thet comes from.
