Sleep Goals - Anchoring Behavior

Sally Kohn: One of my sleep goals, I think, is anchoring behavior. So the things that I need to do first in order to follow the sequence of helping me get to bed on time. And so one of those is to put my son to bed during the week at least twice during the week. She says she's been tracking her sleep and has made a lot of progress. But it still comes with consequences for how long she can expect to live.
