Synchronization and Scheduling

The first full launch of the space transportation system, commonly known as the space shuttle was delayed due to a software error. The book focuses on synchronization and scheduling but also where my favorite case study in the book came this was first full launch by NASA. Ya predicting human system strikes me as an order of magnitude harder. But yea, even even in these comparatively simple, simpler settings, there's so many things that can play into an error.
