The Kansas City Fed has denied the request for a master account. The first round of legal skirmishing is again, like the TNB case about ripeness because at that point the federal reserve hasn't made a decision yet. I expect at least part of custodian's claims will survive and we may well be looking at some discovery and maybe even trial is full. So very interesting development. It definitely is. It's a Christmas gift that we'll keep on giving for your research agenda on this and provide plenty of fodder for future podcasts as well.
