How to Build a Product Strategy for Simba

In 2022, Simba will have a product roadmap for the next year. It took an all hands on deck until necessary to come up with this plan. We didn't really talk about what we offered in Simba until we heard what exactly they needed. Biggest lesson learned was we also fostered empathy.
