I think there really has been a shift among young people away from kind of living in a group area Do you think that that's true? Yeah, I think so I think with COVID people had to cut down the number of acquaintances they had and keep it to their pod or their strict group of people There's something to that. But what's true is people, you know, they find partners and that turns into a family And you just grow up  and I think people in their 30s shudder at the thought of having to live with roommates if they're married and then want to have kids.
