The Apocalypse of Weeks is a compilation of texts from the Enochic Jewish tradition. The idea of heavenly tablets that a seer can sort of read from X-temporae is one that will appear again in Islam, among other places. Some interpreters see it as a possible rival source of authority being set up by the Enochics to the canonical books of Moses.
