I like to do 15 minutes of meditation every night before I go to bed. It just clears my head. Are there other circumstances that you'd recommend if someone is trying to get into this practice that they would consider meditating that are less consistent? Like, hey, I've got a big decision to make. Is there something like additional triggers that you would identify? Yeah. Move around a little bit and get things get things going. There is no one specific way that is the way.
