How to Prevent Osteoporosis
A mismatch between output and intake can sometimes mean our body goes into storage mode. Storage mode means we increase our cortisol levels, which means we start to suppress our ability to burn fat. And then we create these issues like burnout, fatigue, inability to lose weight and feel frustrated. Our estrogen levels, you know, production of good hormone start to reduce our reproduction abilities reduce. So people find that our periods become less frequent. And that's unfortunately when we can start having issues with osteoporosis and reduce bone mass. For a guy if you've been an endurance athlete in particular, you're at more risk.
