Diet - The Four Peas of Our Individual Nature
We need to realize these four peas of our individual nature and these four different blocks of metabolism. Most people who aren't getting results from their diet, part of the reason they are not is because these other elements aren't in place. When you start to break it down, these are the elements of what i would call metabolic meals, or metabolic foods. And there's a very easy way that i like to use to help people understand this, soups, salads, scrambles shakes and stirfris. They should fill you up ast and keep you full for a long time.
