Nicky Kinzer: What is the trigger that causes negative self-talk to become a habit? How do you know, or how do you get yourself unstuck when that negative talk becomes a habit? We're not saying ADHD, think positive. I see it in a lot of my clients who have ADHD and I think it's because it's this tape, this tape player, this recording that they've had and they've lived with for so long that it is easy to get stuck. It's something you have to consciously be aware of. And one of the things that we do have to do is watch is watch our language and how do we speak to ourselves.
