The Importance of Interleaving Learning

Teachers should scaffold students' learning to that point, going way back. I think what we've done is thrown the baby out with the bathwater. Remembering things is not so important. We've forgotten if you can't remember it, you still really don't understand it. The goal should be conceptual understanding.
