The Importance of Budgeting
I can't think of a project where I was given a budget. Maybe the last one I did at Disney because it was very hands-on experience with everybody who didn't know anything about movie making. It's that kind of imagination and always thinking about what the story is. Well, and also there's so many scenes where you could do it in a big, spectacular way, but if you decide to trim it down ... You could just even have two people sitting in a room and it's actually more of more powerful than having to rely on visual effects or whatever.
