What's Different About Casual Conversational English?

In casual conversations, pauses are not always at the end of a sentence. Idioms and slang make casual conversation more difficult because they're used so much. Partial sentences mean that we don't speak with a complete sentence. We might start saying one thing and then stop in the middle of a sentence to change what we're thinking.
