How Important Is It That Your Church Affirms Your View of Women?

If you're in a church where holding a certain view of women creates a divide, maybe it's time to move on. I've been in many different churches over the years and have never had to leave a church over it. But if you can be in the church with your theology and perhaps you differ a little bit from the doctrinal statement of the church, then I don't see any reason why you should leave.
