Is There a Gap Between the Jobbing Clinician and the Likes of You?

Is there a gap between the jobbing clinician in MSK and say the likes of yourself that is not just acceptable but sensible for the sake of not burdening a clinician with some of the detail yeah great i i really like that question because it it almost takes us full circle to how we started this conversation. My sense that um a science is that science is only as good as its ability to change humans and i think that they're that part of the responsibility on on people like me in jobs like mine are to identify what it is about what we're learning that stands to to improve clinical care.
