The Case of Francis Crawley
John Crawley was 15 feet from where Harlow was found with a revolver next to him. Fingerprints were taken from the revolver, obviously belonging to John Crawley. He would have been facing murder charges if he hadn't had died from the bullet wound on March 10, 1925. At the time, Francis Crawley would have been about 13 years old and it's thought that this may be a part of the reason Francis Crawley ended up hating cops so much.
