The Fear of Corrupt Chains in Osmosis

There's a fear if you in the kind of earlier overview, obviously we were giving, but there's a separate thing in IBC and says that tokens from one zone, origin one zone can't be confused with tokens returning from other zone. So only tokens that are from there could have this kind of confusion. Goal of ICS 20 and the styles of ICS is that we want to localize anything that like any chain failure, it should be localized to people who are like exposed to that chain.
