The Impossibility of a Simple Agreement
In legal philosophy you're supposed to have a meeting of minds whenever you have a contract. That is the people who agree they should understand what they are agreeing to. And you don't have that meeting of minds today. In fact, quite a few contracts have been thrown out of them in the past where- There hasn't been that meeting of mind. Sometimes the contracts are deemed as not valid because there was no meeting of minds. But from a usability standpoint it's not really good. People spend a lot of time on Facebook and they don't know the rules. They usually have some idea of what laws are governing the life in this country. But when they spend so much time in Facebook
