What Do We Really Want in the World?

It's an interesting thing to say, what do we want in the world? Then how do you get there? You can provide them with that end goal. But as they get into the nuts and bolts, it's so important to be having consistent check points with them. They might not know if thing is relevant or irrelevant along the way. Or they might work really hard to get to thatend goal. And when you see the work that gets delivered at the end, realize, this was way harder than any of us thought it was supposed to be.
