Do You Have Too Much to Do?

Most of our stress does not come from having too much to do, it comes from not finishing what we have begun. I often say that we prioritize based on proximity. Whatever's closest to us is going to get our attention. And so if you were able to finish the things you begin more often, you would find that you would start crumbling up more and more of those stickies.
