The purpose of zone two is not to say go out and be lazy. It's saying control your throttle. And that means, of course, don't go too easy either because then you're probably not getting much of a training stimulus. So I think the take home here is we want to make that conscious decision to operate as close to that fence on the tori threshold or that zone two threshold as possible.
