HubSpot's Service Hub: A One-Stop Shop for Customers

The service hub is a one-stop shop for all of the tools and places in which they go to connect with your team. We do not allow our clients to request access to the portal, so that has to be initiated on our side. With using private content, we're really leveraging that not only for knowledge-based articles, but what we ended up doing is creating a whole knowledge-based category for reports. And now that's available just to those people in that list.
