Is There a Mortality Benefit of Luchopharices?

There's never been any good large prospective studies looking at it. A big meta-analysis that was done of all these studies actually did not show a survival or mortality benefit of luchopharices but if someone is very very sick that might be something you're thinking about as well. There are other newer medications that are coming up certain monoclonal antibodies that have been used that can actually be helpful so again that's very much driven by oncology and whether they think the treatments will work.
