Are You Really Going to Allow 500 Thousand Rental Properties to Drop Out of the Market?
Landlords can no longer lett a property with an pc rating of f or g, unless they have a valid exemption in place. The government's planning to raise that minimum to rasing of c by 20 28. And that's for all bi talets, and then all homes by 20 35. That move to a ca rating potentially impacts a lot of people, rob over two million properties, apparently. But i'm pretty confident about this when i think this is another of those scary headlines that's going to come to nothing.
