The Importance of Chest Expansions
The bane of my existence has always been the JVP. I've lived my life trying to not do JVPs but let's look at the data. With our DX Logic app if you're trying to assess whether or not somebody has heart failure, jugular venous distension which generally is a visible JVP greater than five centimeters. The people who benefit most from a test are people sort of in the intermediate range. If someone comes in short of breath they might have maybe a little bit of COPD in the background. And wait till ultrasound, bedside ultrasound becomes just an everyday part of the physical exam.
