The CIRs decided to pull all their resources together. If you were a CIR who gave a speech on Canadian police or French cooking in Exxon Provence, you'd write the speech and then fax it to me. I was kind of like that analog Google. It was bizarre in the fact that people would like automatically think that because you were from the UK, you were this expert on absolutely everything.
