Daphne Westbrook's Story

Daphne Westbrook's parents divorced when she was just 7 years old. Her mother petitioned the Court of Hamilton County, Tennessee, for primary custody in March 2016. A judge then ruled that John would only have custody of Daphne every other weekend and ordered him to pay a substantial amount in child support. In October 2019, Daphne went over to Chattanooga to spend the weekend with her father. She failed to return home two days later; Rona reported her missing.
