Most of my invites have come from people seeing other i've given and saying, we want you at this becas. I'll just dump out everything that i want to get across, i on to the page, and then i will start architecting it into major ideas. Then each of those ideas i'll try to port with demos or screen shots or code things. And then bis, i'm pretty pretty off the cuff, so as long as i have the information and screen shots on the thing, i'll just kind of give her from there. But i'm able to mask the fact that i am off the cuff with jokes and cool demos, which is worked out for me in recording
