I think it's how frequently are those words used incorrectly and misunderstood, right? Yeah, I really is. And I see wish they would change the word punishment to. Yeah, I know right punishment. Then it's like when you have that buy in and then you help them learn these strategies and they just feel so much more part of the process and that they can make a difference... That's a great example on explaining the longevity and really the why behind even things that seem basic like reinforcement punishment.
