The transfers are made from a place called the Emperors Club, which sounds suspicious. The irony is that Spitzer was caught doing something he had prosecuted others for. And it very quickly got wrapped up in the idea that one of the places where he was known to have used these services was Washington, D.C., when he was there as governor.
