i think that in some ways, america has always been a community oriented place. If you look at our rates of financial giving and volunteering time, we're pretty much in a league of,. far and away the most charitable country in the world. We can be extremely individualistic. One can be in a community of extreme individuals a and we can learn how to do that. To rebrand help seeking as a source of strength, not a sign of weakness, might do us some good.
