How to Build a Tribal Alliance - Part 1
i ask myself when was the last time that i heard this person change their mind side point. Do they primarily identify outgroups as a mode of bonding for their in-group or do they find them to hate? How often do they admit mistakes genuinely not performatively and how often do they want to hear alternative points of view for reasons other than mocking them again related to all of the above if their entire body of work is an echo chamber where the only divergent voice is theirs then they're not concerned with the truth but it's important to show that you can disagree with people without turning into the sort of slanging match everybody says on the internet.
