How Do You Turn Someone Into a Millionaire?
I think that what social media, despite making unparalleled amounts of creativity possible and giving us all these tools has also done is paradoxically inhibit that. Nobody celebrates the artist who lingers in obscurity. We put people who sell a million books on the Wall Street Journal Best Seller List or the New York Times Best Seller List. And so how with the fact that our culture primarily rewards outcomes, do you turn somebody or do you find a joy in the process? God, man, it's hard. I totally struggle with it.
